A room hire charge is different at different months and also varies from weekday to Friday to weekend as well bank holidays. (Contact office for full guide).

What is included in the room hire charges?

With room hire charges we will provide use of Cutlery, Crockery, Glass wear, Kitchen facilities (contact office for full guide), Chairs, Tables, Dance Floor, use of Stage Area, use of Bar Area & Facilities, Linen Table Cloths and Paper Serviettes.

Do you offer catering facilities?

We do not have in house catering facilities available at The Decorium.

Am I allowed to bring my preferred caterer?

Yes, The Decorium welcomes all external caterers, providing they have the necessary health & safety certificates, and public liability insurance.

Am I allowed to bring in external decorators, band, D/J...

Yes, you are allowed to bring in your preferred choice of suppliers.

Do you hold a civil marriage licence?

Yes, Rooms licensed to hold civil marriages are: Emperor suite; Caesar suite & Ante room.

We have played host to many events, weddings, conferences, meetings, fashion shows and film shoots throughout its history, each individual in their own way. The venue is licensed for civil weddings and holds a full entertainment license.

Dear Clients

As valued Clients, we wanted to update you on the steps The Decorium are taking to help minimise the spread of COVID-19.

We are continuing to follow and monitor the official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England carefully. It is of vital importance for us to be in a position to make sure that all procedures are in place to support and protect the health and well-being of our Clients and staff members.

To help combat the spread of COVID-19, we have been putting precautionary safety measures in place, including:

Educating our staff on prevention
Emphasizing the need to frequently wash hands as per the guidelines
Cleaning high contact points more frequently with Disinfection
